Pulled thousands of pizza in my time & this is my favorite non commercial oven peel
Super sturdy... didn't think it would be, but it's serious pro grade. The folding thing is nice & super secure... there's nothing flimsy about this bad boy. Folding fits in the lower rack larger than a dinner plate, but smaller than a cookie sheet. I use it in my gas fired pizza oven outside... very secure & easy to handle... unlike the round handle peels I used to use in high school pulling pizzas, those would be all wiggley.. the wide flat handle allows for a positive sure grip. I've made the pizza on this thing before but i'd not recommend it... we make on a wood peel with semolina & put the raw pizza in oven with it... it's larger & we can make nice size pizza... this thing works great to pull the pizza & turn it, & if the pizza is larger, no biggie as long as it's cooked it shouldn't flop over the side. I also turn it over & use as a sort of scraper to scrape the burned semolina & other toppings that jumped ship. Really, really good peel... trust me, I've pulled thousands of pizzas in my time

Compact yet full size
I have this and 3 others. This is the go to for homemade pizza. It allows the access to get the crust up off the stone or from one peel onto the stone easily. The other thing I really like about this one is that it folds away for storage easily. Will be buying another for a gift.

Works well but a little small
Works well, foldable feature makes it easy to store. Flat part is a little small for pizzas and long baguettes, but one can adjust the size of what is baked.akes it possible to bake breads directly on oven stone.

Meets all my baking needs.
I have a toaster oven and a double sided cast iron griddle as a bread stone. This is the perfect size for the pizzas (9") that I usually make. The thiner edge of the metal is much easyer to dismount you pizza, bread loaves, etc than the wooden bread paddle I have. It is also much easyer to get under your cooked item than the wooden one.I love the way it folds up and tucks behind my microwave. It is durable, sturdy, reasonably light, easy to store, and a good size.If you're doing larger size pizzas it might be to small for you but for a small or medium size its good. Any loaf but baguette or those long French loaves will work with this paddle.

Great Pizza Peel
I got a book on baking artisan gluten-free bread and one of the items they recommended getting was a pizza peel. I chose this one because it is stainless steel, which I figured would be easier to clean than a wooden one. I also liked that it folds up, making it easier to store in the cupboard. It is also very heavy-duty (sturdy) and large in size. I was worried that it might be flimsy since it folds, but that is not the case. I have used this pizza peel many times now and it is extremely handy, works well, is easy to clean, and is easy to store. I highly recommend it.

It must buy for homemade pizza enthusiasts
I could not be happier with this purchase. I’ve been trying to perfect homemade pizzas for a long time, but now I’m getting serious. This tool has made pizza management extraordinarily easy. Is the perfect size for a decent size pizza for two. On top of that it’s really good looking and folds in half so storage is very simple. I would give the six stars if I could. It is super easy to clean… And it’s the perfect balance of being thin but sturdy. i’d highly recommend you also buy a steel pizza square for your oven. They are much better than pizza stones… You get the perfect crispness and if you broil the top of the pizza The top is perfect as well.

Great experience dampened by rust on pizza peel following first wash after first use....
I love how strong and handy this tool is! Used in for the first time yesterday to put in and remove a cake in a spring form pan and a quiche in a pan with a removable bottom. Both operations were completely worry-free. Two stars off though because it has some small rust marks developing already. For stainless steel this should not be the case
