Yes it is breathable and comfortable but is probably meant more for a winter application. The material is a little thicker than normal mask material. Very well constructed.

Yes and its adjustable. However if you intend to guard against the flue or Corona virus, it will not. M95 or M99 specfically serves that function because of the microbles size. In fact the microbes will contaminate and infiltrate the fibers and you. Wife is first responder.

Q: When you breath through your nose does it fog up your eye glasses?

Most masks does not help you with the foggy, unless the mask has the nose metal bendable piece to tighten your nose area. I recommend you to use the anti-fogging spray (or swipe ?) to deal with the foggy.
