Great ear protection
Love these! They are comfortable, and work better with a hat than any of the others I tried. Ended up having to buy three, since I "lost" my first pair to my husband, and the second one to my son. lolo

works for use with welding or grinding face shields
same good quality as their over the head protectors, seal ears and let me wear grinder face shield

Very effective product
Simple design and very effective at staying in place as well as limiting the noise. The design also allows for headwear to be used without any issues. Much better option than the much more expensive earmuffs advertised elsewhere.

Ok in cold weather. Sweating makes them slide off.
These work great until you start sweating. Then they slide down your head and off the ears.Need to constantly put them back in place.

I Like This Style of Earmuffs - But They Are Not for Everyone
I prefer a behind the head, instead of an over the head band, to hold my earmuffs when I am wearing a hard hat (or any other type of hat) in a high noise area. Since I do not normally work for long periods in a high noise area, I prefer these instead of having earmuffs that attach to my hard hat (and make the hard hat top heavy when the earmuffs are not in use). However, some people find the behind the head style awkward, and for long duration use uncomfortable due to too much band tension.

Good fit but no room for a hat
I ordered these so I would be able to wear a hat while mowing. The hat still won’t sit low enough on my head to stay on, because these were kinda large. Good product but not exactly what I had in mind

Thank goodness!
Great adaptation for the hearing protection cups. If you have a large cranium (7 3/4 +) or you wear anything other than a ball cap, you must own a pair of these. Same clamping strength if not a little better from the top-load cups, same dB protection 'feel' and they are comfortable. I generally wear earbuds under the cups for outdoor work (music) and can say you will not lose anything through switching to behind the head versus over the dome protection. When your panama hat and your earplug hatred combine, Peltor has you covered. Cheers!
