These work for me - give a little extra height in my trainers (I'm average height amongst friends who are all tall) but an unintended benefit is that they increase the comfort of the footwear with additional cushioning. I was concerned I'd be able to feel them in the shoe or that they would slide down but neither has been an issue. Happy with the purchase.

The sticky bottom surface did not stick well in my shoes, however. They would probably stick okay to a shiny smooth surface.

These are so comfy, you don't even realise you are wearing them. You get two pairs that fit in the sole of the shoes. Great if you go for long walks.

This product was not what I was hoping for. True it raised my height, however it was uncomfortable to walk. My foot pressed towards my toes. I bought the 3.5 cm. Too high for trainers. After speaking to an Osteopath she said it was better to go lower but include a sole as well.

Fits shoe well and very comfortable. Bought for my partner who had lost a 1cm gate in one leg due to illness, bought both 1cm, then 1.5 cm but both version seemed too low so will try 2cm next. They were both the height described so possibly I'm not understanding how they work.

These have changed my dad’s life, without sounding dramatic… suffers with a bad hip and this is due to one leg being longer. Since using in one shoe it’s made a huge difference. They have a sticky side so they don’t slide in the shoe. Great.
