Q: What is the actual inside depth of the pouch, can someone measure for me please?

Not sure of actual depth, but easily holds a 1 liter bottle. Great product!

Q: Will this hold a 32oz stainless steel water bottle? I am talking about the wide bottle style not tall and thin style.

Yes it will, I use a 27 oz. Klien Kanteen which I can wrap a small piece of ground cover 3x3 around the container to for other tasks.

Q: Will this work on a dogs harness?

You adapt the Molle straps to many different surfaces. If your dogs harness has molle webbing it’s super easy. I can’t confirm without knowing more about the harness, so I’d say “probably “
