I'm not sure but I have anxiety from stress and my muscles tense and I clench my teeth and it takes the edge of to where my body and jaw relaxes and I have peace. It also helps me sleep through the night if I take two.

Q: Is this Suntheanine or L-Theanine? The front of the bottle says "Suntheanine" but the ingredients list L-Theanine. There is a difference.

Suntheanine is manufactured from amino acids, rather than extracted from green tea as other L-Theanine products are. This is significant to me as I am watchful of consuming fluoride, which is present in abundance in green tea.
