Initially there were hiccups like, no one was responding and anxiety ruled our mind but eventually (after 2 days of delivery) support came by, the response was heart warming and everything was installed. The product is great. I'm impressed!

Product was good but need to improve delivery partner, have to spend extra ₹600 to reach my room and showing delivered even if it was not delivered, have to contacted customer care a lot for this to finally get the product after 5 days

We checked out a lot of beds before taking the plunge with Amazon, it was a well made decision in the end.We got a quality product at half the price range of King Size bed from other merchants/Showrooms in Mumbai.The wood quality is very good and very smooth.The storage drawers below the bed are smooth and easy to operate with quality finishing. Also the storage is huge. Solved a lot of problem for us.The headboard storage compartment is quite usable as well-fit 3-4 books and iPad Air comfortably.Assembly is to be done with Carpenter provided by the seller. I couldn`t do it.This is easily one of the best product that i have bought from Amazon.

NEVER EVER GO WITH THIS PRODUCT... LOTS OF CRACKS AND BROKEN PARTS SUPPLIED. I HAVE TO FIGHT / ESCALATE WITH THE T.G FURNITURE TO GET THE SPECIFIC PART REPLACED AND THEY WILL TAKE 2-3 MONTHS FOR REPLACEMENT THAT TOO PARTICALLY.

Material feels durable and design is elegant. Delivery was prompt & installation was free of cost. Furniture is heavy so we can't move the things easily without the help of ppls. Most important is value for money, comparatively best in cost. Highly recommend. Only one concern is that the drawer could have wheelers in base, sometimes it's get stucked while pulling the drawers

Its better to buy from a proper local furniture store / dedicated furniture online seller like pepperfry.There are issues with delivery, where the bed was too heavy and the 2 guys were not able to move it nor they had any trolly so it was being pushed against the floorFurther the installation is not given by default and believe me you will need at-least 2 people to install it again due to the heaviness and you must have prior experienceAlso now when the damn thing was moved, opened, and being installed it was found that the plank is bent, maybe at point of sending or in transit so the fitment is not good in hydraulic.There is another issue in hydraulic where once opened the bedding shifts towards the back side and gets stuck in the gap thus making it very trick to close back again without 2 peopleThe only good part is it costs 10-15k cheaper with compromising finishing and quality so if budget is a concern, you can go for this

Overall a good product worth the money but not the best. Requires manual for fitting to be shared since its do it yourself (diy). Make sure you have two persons minimum or get help from workers for assembling the bed.Good weight. Good support and sturdiness. My right side head space opens and close is stuck..I guess it's this single product fault.

The bed was delivered to me safely on the given date at my farmhouse in a remote village in Velhe Taluka near Pune.All the screws, nuts, bolts, and an Allen key were included in the package. I had to use my own spanners. Assembly was easy but do note that 2-3 people are needed for assembly and basic knowledge, understanding, and experience in using tools makes the assembly process easier. There is no literature or guidebook/paper that explains the assembly process but as I have a good basic understanding of these things, by looking at all the parts of the bed, I knew what part goes where and how the overall assembly is to be done. I had 2 people help me in the assembly task.The bed is made from hard-wood and hence is very sturdy. Once assembled, it is comfortable to sit on. The cushions and storage compartments in the headrest make it very comfortable and useful for daily use.Overall, it is a good product and I recommend it.
