First, the ball I ordered I never received. After Amazon issued a refund I ordered a second. The ball arrived, but both the ball and plate are scuffed. The design on the plate is peeling off in multiple places - it's very poorly glued on. I suggest zooming on the photos I've provided to see just how bad it actually is. The ball is "serviceable" but it's almost as if it had been sold, used, returned, then resold to me. The quality is extremely poor and I am gravely disappointed.

This product is great. Only gave 4 stars because, it says for kids and adults and while my kid loves it, it comes apart when I try.

The ball is not attached to the board. It comes with a pump and you can inflate the ball once placed inside the opening in the board,however, when you jump, the ball comes out.
