Q: Is this a high pressure shower head? There seems had no pressure?

Please check it first if there is any leak. You need to tight it up after you disassemble the shower head, and you can turn on the button to adjust the water flow.

Q: There seems to be some looseness and leakage where the shower head rotates?

You just need to unscrew the head of the shower and install the white gasket inside in the opposite direction, and tighten it up.

Q: What causes the shower head holes to randomly go the wrong direction? How can I fix it?

The shower panel was blockage by large impurities during use and cause water to come in different directions. We recommend that you regularly clean the shower panel, if it was clogged badly, you can soak or clean the panel with vinegar.

Q: When do I need to replace the PP filter?

When you find that the filter cotton turns yellow or the shower flow is significantly reduced, replace the filter element. It is recommended that you change it every 4-6 weeks according to the water quality.
