What do the water droplets stand for? Cups? Bottles? Sips?

You can make it whatever you want! I set mine up where one drop = 2-3 bottles. Depending on how much water you drink. But I think they left it open so you can decide what works best for you! You’re supposed to drink 6-8 8 ounce glasses a day. So just set it up like that!
