Great flasks
I have bought two of these, one for home and one for the office. These are the right size for me and work great for hot or cold fluids. I generally use mine with the straw lid but use the cap style lid for soup or broth.

usually id fill it with nugget ice all the way and then water and drinking and refilling it the water would stay cold for the day and maybe next day

The water bottle keeps the water cold and it’s really good but, if it falls it gets a bump.
