Q: Can you pull the blue ring out of the lid for easy cleaning?

Yes they are easy to remove and put in. I also throw them on the top rack in the dishwasher and they do well.

Q: I need a “Drink lid” that can be attached????

You’d only get a few sips and I’m not aware of any lid that would fit. Sorry.

Q: Can lids be used in microwave?

I've used plastic lids from another brand in microwave & over time they shrunk. Now use a plate as lid for microwaving.

Q: What are the dimensions, including height?

They are two inches tall and about three inches wide. 5oz. They are the perfect size for us. Hope that this helps.
