Have you used this with any other cheeses? What was the result?

Actually I haven't used the Cheese Curler with any other cheese. However,if the cheese was firm enough I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work.This is purely my opinion and not a tested exercise with a proven result.

why couldnt I make the curls or flowers, it just scraped bits of cheese off!

I found it made uneven curls, fine for eating!

one of the reviewers mentioned using this with chocolate- how does one use this with chocolate?

I have tried buying a a chunk of chocalate ie family bar and turning it upside down, but there is so much waste, the only way I think is melting the chocolate in a round bowl and letting it set, but I’m yet to try that , so I just stick to cheese,which is great If you do find a way please let me know.
