Hi Raymon, It's a RCA Male to Male Plug Cable. Both ends of the cable is RCA( Red, Yellow, White) Male Plug. We would like to take a picture with both ends of the cable later. and thanks for your information.

Which Megadrive are you referring to Nicola? For the original machines there was a cable (still available) which took the AV out and split it to yellow (video) and red/white (audio) which would work perfectly with this. It would be unusual for an emulator device not to have stereo out, though it's possible - if that's the case, using this you'd have (if your TV is stereo) sound from one side only, which possibly you could overcome with an additional audio splitter in between (amazon or e-bay). You may find it better, if you can find the device on amazon, to ask the question on that page, rather than this one.
