Lg 34gn850-b 34 vs lg 34gp83a-b? any difference except $200 price tag difference

I have been digging into this too and it looks like the panel types are different. on the LG website they list the 34gp63a-b as being "VA" panel and the 34gn850-b is "IPS" panel.

Will this run 10 bit color at 120hz @ the full 3440 x 1440 or is the max 85hz ?
