Q: Can I disconnect the controller on the back of the panels and use another controller in my solar generator box?

You sure can as long as it’s rated for the total output of the panels

Q: Will these panels charge 12 volt agm batteries in my rv?

Yes they will as long as you batteries are not dead to begin with. They wont charge a dead battery. You must have some voltage ( around 10.5v minimum) in order for the controller to begin charging

Q: Does this controller have overcharge protection?

Yes, it stops charging automatically when the battery is full

Q: Is the charge controller waterproof?

i do not think it is waterproof, but it is weather resistant. mine has survived rain without issue. plus controller is under panel, so is semi protected from the elements.
