I must admit that as a late 40ish woman, I go for comfort a lot more than style. However, these socks are not only comfortable but BUH-BANG stylish.I started seriously working out last year and found that socks and supportive shoes were the most important workout accessories.. I’ve searched high and low for the right combinations and these socks are easily in the top 5 I’ve tried for walking and running.Cushioned soles but close fitted arches provide unbelievable lift and support power when walking or running. Additionally, I found that these socks were breathable and reduced sweating for long workouts.Highly recommend trying at least one pair.

Perfect fit, thick bottom and thin top, snug protective ankle, great qualityMaybe not a summer sock in light of the thickness at the bottom...more of a fall/winter/spring sock.

I bought these for my son who run's track and he loved them. Then I tried them and will never wear another kind of sock for working out, walking, or running.

Great workout socks! My feet sweat like crazy but these socks keep them dry. The seams are practically nonexistent and there are no friction points. Have been wearing Balegas for years now and they are truly worth the price!

Comfortable, stay in place (especially in the heel), perfect material and thickness for my walking/hiking shoes. I didn't give 5 stars as I've worn these socks only 4 or 5 times so not sure yet of their durability, but looks like they will hold up well.

I've always been a balega fan, but I am especially fond of these socks. They are soft, slightly compressive, wick sweat and smell, and are *not* as bulky as other cushioned socks. For me, all the way around a favorite. I'm a ladies 7.5 and wear a M very comfortably.Note: I have washed mine a few times and have not had the piling issue others have described. I always wash my athletic stuff in cold water with like materials. Take care of your stuff, guys.

Over 4,000 miles of runnng has given me the chance to try out a lot of socks and the Belaga Silver is by far my favorite. They have great cushion, the deep heal pocket limits slip and I can put a thin sock liner under them to fight hot spots on longer runs.
