Q: I recently purchased this belt in med. I'm between 31-32" waist. It doesn't feel tight enough. Will size small fit?

Hey, If you measure 31 Inches around your navel, I would recommend to go with the small. The two ends of the belt will just meet (the belt itself is 31 inches in length), and the strap should fit perfectly around and not have any excess hanging off. The medium will work as well, but, I think you will find it to be a bit more cumbersome with the extra strap length compared to the small. Q: why is this belt better than a regular velcro one?

Even if you don't secure the Velcro on this one, the self-locking mechanism of this belt will keep it in place and will never go loose
