Well made
I had to return it after Fractal Design informed me that me that my new Define 7xl case can only accommodate a two-slot wide graphics card in its three vertical slots. However, the Cooler Master Riser Cable did seem to a high quality product.

Inexpensive riser cable that just works
It's a riser cable, not much to say about it. It is a bit stiff, but it's also not long so you won't be routing it through anything. Works great to vertically mount my RTX 5070 in my Corsair 4000D and works at full PCIe 4.0 x16 (my motherboard is only PCIe 4.0), and is a fraction of the price of the official Corsair cable.

Works well
Works as advertised. The spaces between the cable stands are nice because it makes it more adaptable to the things that might be in the way in your case. Recommended.

Too stiff
Bought one of these to run an Asus Hypercard off of, since a newer GPU I got partially occupies the slot it used to be in due to thickness. The problem with this riser is it's way too stiff. It's so stiff in fact, that it constantly pulls itself out of the PCIE slot (My PCIE Slots no longer have locking tabs) as I'm trying to maneuver the other end of it around. I had to grow three arms and push something into it to keep it in place as I tried to maneuver the hypercard plugged into the other end of it around.
