This camera works well and priced very reasonable. Great picture, seems to be durable, and the storage case makes it easy to store and everything you need in one place. it made finding the drain problem easier than digging up the line and breaking up concrete just to look at the line. One of the deciding factors in buying the camera was it was cheaper to buy the camera than to rent one, and way cheaper then having a plumbing company cone camera the sewer.

This sewer camera is very well-made, and got the job done! Image quality is excellent, and was super easy to use. Definitely recommended!

I needed this to identify why my drain line kept getting clogged. Turns out it was a piece of a broken pipe the size of a chef's knife. I was able to use it to help fish out the metal piece.Installation is easy. Camera is super easy to use and picture quality is great. Only complaint is the screen is fixed and the case only opens 90 degrees. So I had to prop the front of the case to angle it towards a viewable angle. Minor inconvenience but nothing I couldn't deal with. Highly recommended. Will pay for itself in 2 uses.

The camera was not working with either cable. Called customer service and was told that i had to email them. I emailed them and they said they would send out a replacement camera. After three weeks of waiting, i emailed and called them multiple times, with no response. I was able to return the item the day before the return window expired. There is little to no customer service, so you are taking a chance on this item. The quality of the case and the screen seemed good, but it won't work without a camera...

Overall, this is a great camera. I made the mistake of using this camera for the first time on a clogged pipe. Not only was the pipe clogged, but also full of gray water that I was not able to remove. The best pictures are in a pipe that is clear of debris and fluid. The system is simple enough to use. I really like the self-leveling feature. It is a game changer for this price range. The battery life is very good and lasted the entire time. The case is very nice to keep everything together and ready to go when needed. It is nice for the monitor to be built into the lid of the case. The sun shield is a nice touch also. I am hoping to be able to purchase additional camera heads and accessories for smaller pipes without having to purchase another camera system.
