I highly recommend this it's easy to apply looks beautiful and the color was nice and sparkly. I liked that it didn't have a flavor to it to Overpowered the frosting

This product is like a gold "dust" in that it is very fine. It does come in a small bottle, but for my use it was perfect. Someone wanted gold flakes on a meal, and it worked just as we wanted. Several people tried dusting their steak and we all thought it was fun. So this is a fine sand-type product, not flakes.

Used this for St Patrick's Day cupcakes to make pot of gold cupcakes and worked out great.

A little goes a long way. I've used it to add a sparkle to drinks and truffles. It's very light and easily made airborne so be careful or you'll add a sparkle to things on accident. Three months after Thanksgiving and Christmas I still see an occasional sparkle in my kitchen, the unintended result of exhaling at the wrong moment and setting a small cloud of gold dust free. I believe that this bottle will be about a 10 year supply for me but I imagine that it depends upon just how much dazzle you want.
