I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE from Sotel Electronics, not from Amazon or Samsung directly, and I regret it. Just 10 days after the return window closed, the left earbud became nearly useless. The volume is so low that even at maximum, you can barely hear anything. Meanwhile, the right earbud works perfectly fine, which makes the imbalance even worse.Before anyone suggests it—yes, I’ve cleaned the earbuds thoroughly, and there’s absolutely nothing blocking the speaker. I’ve also cleaned my ears, and I have no hearing problems. This is clearly a defect with the product itself, not a user issue.Unfortunately, because the problem appeared just after the return window closed, I’m stuck with a broken product, and Sotel Electronics refuses to help. I expected better from Samsung and from this seller. Avoid this product and seller unless you want to deal with faulty buds and no customer support!

Pairs easily with a range of Samsung phones and tablets I have, also pairs simply with Laptop and Ipad.Once software is updated you ars good to go, good stereo sound, engaging 3d when watching video, excellent dynamic range.Good fit which can be checked using the software, battery life seems good, charging case good and easy to use.Well built and qua.ity feel.Well worth a punt at this price.
