I'm not at home, but will update this evening. If my memory serves me correctly it's sweet potato and pumpkin with spices. It's pretty tasty too.

If you are talking about the vegan shells and cheese, yeah. It’s a bit sweet. But still good. I like it mixed with vegan chili. If you mean the cheddar sauce, not really. To me, it’s like kraft blue box, but vegan. But honestly, it really depends on what plant milk you use. Most commercial dairy alternatives have added sugar and oil to make them creamier and more palatable. And if you use vegan butter, the same goes for that. If your plant milk or vegan butter has a sweetness to them, that will come through a little bit. I am fond of Silk soy milk and Miyoko’s butter.
