I LOVE how low this sits to the ground! I have always hated how I have to bend all the way down to the ground to get anything that I bring with me to the beach, or racing, or any other outdoor events, so this will be AWESOME being so close to the ground, so I can use the space around me as a table basically! Plus, it is SO comfortable not only to sit in, but to carry on your back as well! && this is coming from a woman that compares to the Princess and the Pea!! I feel every wrinkle, every bar, etc. and I feel nothing but cozy softness when I am wearing this as a backpack, and when I am sitting in it, which is INCREDIBLE!! The whole seat is SO well padded, as are the backpack straps!!The quality of the metal and the construction of the whole thing is amazing. The water resistant fabric of the seat is amazing too! With the chair comes instructions on how to take the fabric chair cover off to wash it, which makes this chair worth every single dollar to me!! This may be on the higher end price wise, but I am telling you right now, you can FEEL and SEE why it costs what it does!!! 💯💯The seat is EXTRA wide, which might make it a little harder to walk through a crowd while wearing it, but I suppose it would be no different than a very large person trying to get through a busy crowd. My tushie && hips will greatly appreciate the extra wide seat design!! I will be using it at every event that I want to sit comfortably, because it is SO fast and easy to set up and fold up to wear on your back again. It is just a simple buckle, that IT!!Overall, I can't recommend this chair more highly than I do!!! Every single part of it is well thought out and well designed, and made with nothing but the highest quality parts! I do want to add that the video that they included in their product pics section is NOT the chair you get. This is a low-to-the-ground beach chair. With nice wooden arms that feel good, and a soft pretty blue cover that is comfortable to slouch in. It would look classy and comfortable at, say, a Concert in the Park or some other nice event. The padded cover would be nice around a pool or lake or beach and it wouldn't get too blazing hot to sit in in a bathing suit. And for a low profile chair it's just tall enough to be surprisingly easy to stand up out of, and not all low beach chairs are like that. Again, at a blues concert or park event where low chairs are required, you wouldn't be the entertainment for the row behind you as you attempt to exit out of it with a little dignity.But...that's where the functionality stops. And for a $100 chair with tax, that is surprising. It does have shoulder straps so the chair can be carried if you have a pack or cooler and blanket in your hands. But nothing else: no zippered bag on the side for phone or keys or book, no pouch on the back that you can put things in to pack the chair across the beach or park, and no hole or attachment for holding a simple beverage of some kind. The chair has a strap lock so it stays closed, and you can carry the chair by that strap if you want — which would be good if you were wearing a backpack that had all your other relaxation/entertainment/event related items in it.It's a nice chair, no doubt, solidly built, nice wood touch, and the fabric pad has a nice slouchy feel to it. But for the price, I would think there are better chairs out there that help you out a bit more when engaging in some activity or event. I own them. This is a nice chair to just keep around the pool or when appearance counts more than functionality.

I wanted a sturdy and comfortable low-rise chair to take to our local outdoor concert venue, and I'm happy with this one. My first impression was the weight -- it's a beast at almost 12 pounds. That means I'm not eager to carry it long distances, but the plus side is that it feels very sturdy. The folding mechanism and backpack straps are intuitive and easy to use. I do wish it had even a single back pocket or drink holder, which would make it more versatile. The chair looks great and is comfortable for hours.

This is a great chair, but that Backpack power... WOW! I mean sure it's a nice and comfortable well made chair which is great for your backyard, but if you want to go up on a mountain top and just relax, or head to a kids game or a fair and you want to keep your hands free, boom! This thing is absolute joy!

I thought this chair was a regular size camp chair. It's not, it's more of a shorter beach chair. It's still a nice chair that you can carry like a backpack. It has a strap that you clip together to keep the chair closed when you carry it. Another nice feature this chair has is that you can completely remove the cover to wash it.The chair is comfortable and easy to carry, but low to the ground.

This is a great chair for the price. I really like the style & color of this. It's wonderful for the beach & is very well made. The carrying straps are a plus. I do wish the height was adjustable though.

Comfortable, lightweight, compact, not heavy duty
