Bought this for my 5 year old nephews. Both loved it. And it kept them entertained and they didn't even use all 3 in one sitting

A Fun Project for Young Children
This kit offered a fun challenge for a 5- and 8-year-old. It took a little time getting to the first gemstone, even when adding water, but they soon were finding the rest of the gemstones. There are 4-5 gems in each planet, plus a dinosaur egg in one. They had fun looking up the names of the gems on the information included with the kit. It took about an hour to get through one planet. I would suggest using the kit outdoors as it does create quite a mess.
