Bought these for a trip to Europe to ensure that our personal items were the right size since they’re more strict on the longer flights. Despite being compact, this is a great little backpack that can hold more than you’d think. A nice variety of pockets and zippers that go all the way to the bottom of the bag to make packing easy. Well made too. Very good value for money and a must have in my opinion

This little back pack was perfect as a personal item in addition to my carry on luggage on UA. For something so compact, it held a lot of items. The back strap for luggage handle is an added plus so super convenient to attach to even my small carry luggage. It has held up and survived a three week international trip! The only downside is that it isn’t that comfortable carrying as an actual backpack, probably because it’s boxy when fully packed. Overall, it is still the perfect personal item for air travel.

I was very pleased with the quality of the backpack materials and the number of pockets it contained to store smaller items. It was well designed so that it was easy to access the backpack from the front and the back. The shoulder straps were well padded and comfortable when carrying the backpack on my back.Bought additional of this particular backpack for members of my family so they too had this convenient bag to use. Everyone liked using this style of backpack.

Bought these for each of my kids on first trip out of the country. Held enough clothes between these "personal item" bags and a carry on for 1 week at a beach resort with room to spare, plus snacks and activities for the plane rides.

First, this is a VERY nice backpack, very well made. I think the photos do not do it justice. I thought it would be a very thin backpack but boy was I wrong. It's just a regular backpack only a smallish size.Speaking of size, this is the perfect size for United Airlines as a "Personal Item" (what you can place under the seat which is in addition to the carry-on). Their size restrictions at the time of this review say that the Personal Item must be under 9" D x 10" W x 17" H. This backpack is just under that. It fits just within that size restriction. I spent a while trying to find one that hit the max but stayed under. This is perfect.The white is really a yellowish, light-cream color. It's not really what I wanted but the backpack is so perfect otherwise that I'm keeping them (bought two). I wanted a lighter color so when we are hiking out in the sun and heat, items won't be cooked by a black or darker color. I wish they had a very light grey or white but this is fine.I have no idea why anyone would return it unless they were unhappy with a color or hesitant on the quality based on the photos (which do it no justice!). Wish Amazon had some system that gave you an idea of actual color.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BACKPACK.

This backpack was a life saver on a recent vacation. It is sized to conform to "personal item" measurements on even the stingiest airlines. The outside water bottle pockets are a truly convenient feature and the pack itself holds a lot of gear! I wound up using it as day pack instead of a purse, since you can easily fit a coat or jacket, wallet, phone, multiple eyeglasses, cosmetic case, tech gear, camera, notebook, maps, and an extra pair of slippers or shoes. It has loads of inside pockets and is padded enough to be comfortable for all day wear. Looks like it may hold up for a while, too.

These are GREAT. Purchased because of United Airlines strict under the seat size. After I received mine I purchased another one for my husband. The design was pretty decent. I started packing thinking this bag wasn't going to cut but I was surprised. I was able to pack my small crossbody purse, medications, water bottle, iPad, iPhone, cables, passports, snacks, a Turkish beach towel (dual purpose blanket on the plane, beach towel on the beach) and I still had space for more.....it fits a lot of stuff. A great value for the money!

The media could not be loaded. I love this Ryan Air (or any budget European airline) personal item friendly backpack! I ordered 3 backpacks from Amazon hoping one would work, and although the other 2 were judg okay send low quality, this one has premium padding, padded straps, is waterproof, loads of secret compartment and outside handles, a strap in to attach to rolling luggage, and it opens like a suitcase!I'm severely impressed with the quality and fit, and it's exactly the measurements for Ryainair's personal item size.
