The media could not be loaded. Don’t take my word for it, look at the RF meter! It does, in fact, block out a significant portion of the RF, while not degrading the WiFi signal so much that it can’t be used. I mostly use Ethernet, but it’s nice to know we can be around the router in the main areas now!

I bought the cage about a week ago. I have a TriField EMF meter. I was concerned about EMFs while sitting on my couch, which is about 10 feet from the modem. Without the cage, the peak (upper left corner of meter) was around 10 mW/m2. With the cage, it's under 1. My house is 1800-2000 sqft. The modem is somewhat centrally located. I have never used a signal booster and I did not have trouble with distant devices (i.e. streaming TV from other rooms) with the cage. I tested the meter about a foot away from the modem with and without the cage. Without, the peak reading is either maxed out or erratic. With the cage it bounces between 10 and 14 mW/m2.

Functionality:Did not block WiFi signal. Still the same strength. Does not work.

May block 90% of wifi emf for some, but not for me.That said, IT DOES WORK!Tried bags with NO results but this brings emf into "safe range" and that's all I was hoping something would do.

It didn’t come with a manual - otherwise there was no damage to it or anything I can complain about.

I used my emf tester before and after the cage several times. It dramatically decreased the level of emf coming from my xfinity modem.

The cage does sit level on the base and wobbles, would expect perfection at this price. I tested this with and without the top of the cage on a wireless home router and works great with blocking the wifi. I plan to use this when I am sitting next to the router in my office and will only need to use the ethernet cable. Note when you use the cage this will basically turn off your wifi and only the wired ethernet lines will work. With the top of the cage off, the RF was being overloaded on a Tri field meter at 20.00 Mega watts, which is not safe at 2 ft distance. 2 ft is where the office desk is located. Placing the cage over the router dropped the readings to peak of .0379 mW/m, so the cage definitely works. “The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) states that the safe limit for public exposure to radio frequency (RF) from cellular telephones is 1.6 watts per kilogram (1.6 W/kg).” When in the office or near the router plan to place the cage over the wifi router, and this also will turn off the wifi for the home.What I don’t like the cage wobbles a lot, and this is expensive there are cheaper alternatives.Overall 3.3 stars taking into consideration the products description, quality, features, value and cost of 75.99 a bit expensive, and there was a discount that further brought the price down. I do recommend this product, and would buy again for the right price.
