What are the cooking instructions? I do not own a microwave. Can it be heated in a conventional oven or steamed/boiled?

As there are 2 in package, mine are already gone. As far as I remember all of these types of 'puddings' have microwave directions. The tub is plastic so it would be tricky trying to steam it as is. Maybe you could scoop it out and put in a custard dish to steam in a water bath.
