When you lift the cover to see who's at the door can light be seen from the outside like woth traditional peepholes?

Looked in after dark an you can see a speck of light.

Any tips drilling into a fiberglass door?

Fiberglass doors typically have an inner and outer skin that are filled between with foam. Very easy to drill through. Make sure you go straight through...not at an angle. The foam makes a bit of a mess. A standard wood use drill bit is adequate.
