Q: Is the Almay all day intense gel eyeliner meant to twist out of the tube?

Great question!! I too struggled a bit with this. No, it does not twist!! Just use a sharpener as if it were an eyeliner pencil.

This eyeliner stays on all day, sweat proof, probably would stay on in the pool. I love it’s smooth application. I’ll never use any other kind.

Q: Is what you see all you get if more doesn't twist out of tube?

It does not twist out of tube. you have to sharpen with sharpener. I put in freezer for just few minutes and it sharpens great.

Q: Does this last on the water line?

Definitely no water proof, it feel amazing but smudged after less than 2 hours.
