Got this for my daughter who suffers with neck and back pain and it has made a great difference in her sleep too.

My old memory foam neck pillow needed replacing and thought I’d try this. I couldn’t figure out hot to remove layers as says adjustable. But using it as it came has definitely improved my sleep as neck pain not as bad.

Perfect height but ever so slightly too hard. best I've found at this height though.

I got this on recommendation that I put a pillow between my knees while I sleep to help my back. Most pillows though are way too thick and plush, making it impractical to have under the covers. This though feels really unobtrusive and fits neatly under the covers without twisting everything around. Surprisingly the cover that the pillow comes with is amazingly soft and comfortable too. I figured I'd need to put one of my own over it but it's actually really nice just on its own. The fact that you can unzip it to wash it is also a big plus.As for how the pillow performs I have had no problem with it. Often with memory foam I find that it goes all saggy and flat in a couple days or weeks, but this has retained its shape very well over the month I've been using it. Very impressive. However, I will state that it does suffer from the same heat retention problems as all memory foam. This isn't as bad as some others due to how thin it is, but I do still notice a heat radiating from it after using it for a while.Overall I'm really happy with it though. It's a nice soft pillow that fits my needs. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a thinner alternative to the oversized clouds they seem to sell these days.

This is a thin pillow that gives good support and is cool to the touch. It's small enough to travel with, but gives more than enough support for front and back sleepers.It seems to be a good quality product and is standing up well to nightly use.We don't have any complaints or concerns about it and would happily purchase it again.

I am a front/side sleeper and I have found that even the weird and wonderful shaped side sleeper pillows are uncomfortable unless you stay in one position all night. I tend to move around a lot, and usually end up sleeping on pillow with my arm under it, which strains my neck. With this pillow, that problem is solved. I can place my arm under the pillow and sleep on it, or sleep on it without my arm there, and it's really comfortable.

We’ve been thinking of getting a solid latex mattress for a few months now. It’s hard to test one in person though, and someone I know suggested getting a latex pillow to feel the ‘feel’.This pillow isn’t the best thickness, but it does give an idea as to what latex feels like.I do like a very thin pillow. I’ve been known on occasion, when in a hotel where the pillows are too fat, to just use a folded up towel. But this is just a tiny bit too thin.It’s also just a tiny bit too fat to use as a pillow topper to give an existing pillow a latex feel.I'll find some way of using it, even if I thicken it slightly bu putting something under int the pillowcase, and am glad I got to try what it feels like.If you’re looking for a latex pillow and like them super thin, this might be for you, as it does feel really, really, nice.
