Updated review
This is an updated review based on customer support. When I posted my first review with issues I was having I was directly contacted to find a way to resolve my concerns, for which I am adding a positive review, as I think just seeing amazing customer support makes me feel more confident in the product.Original reviewIn general it has good features. Things I like:- being able to track activities- the screen is well designed- seems sturdy- GPS seems to be accurate, although sometimes takes longer to start.- cool features for blood pressure, blood oxygen, stress, etc.- responsive customer serviceThings that need to be adjusted:- the fact that band cannot be changed is a complaint - band does not feel comfortable and would be good to have an option. It is easy to remove so having different types of bands or allowing for customizing would be great.- cannot add activity that you did not start manually (supposed to do that automatically /recognize different activities but does not do it consistently).- the app is very limited and design is poor - too much info in some areas and too little available info in others. Would be great to be able to remove some of the things not being used or not wanted.- not accurate in tracking sleep (saying I'm asleep when I'm awake)- not consistent in Tracking heart rate during excersises.- the alarm or other sounds cannot be fully silenced and the vibration even on high is not great.- the messages/emails from phone do not sync consistently and there is no way to respond or use quick responses.Overall good quality watch and complaints listed are not significantly interfering with its functioning.

Great quality
Stylish, so far dependable, feels really good on my risk, just a dog gone good smart watch, made solid, design in USA, and made in China, if I'm not mistaken, but I am VERY PLEASED

Don’t buy this watch
This watch is crap. I’ve owned 2 in the past 6 months. Both stopped working properly after 2 months. I was charged $50 by some online tech guy that Kospet referred me to to correct the problem with second watch. Solution worked for about 2 days. On the first watch, the problem could not be resolved. Watch looks good, but don’t expect it to last very long.

This is a very cool watch.
I would give this 4.5 stars if I could. My only complaint is that the charging cable is very short and the after market cord doesn't seem to work all that well. That having been said This watch is unusual looking in an eye catching cool sort of way. It is a nice addition to my budding watch collection. I'm adding a photo and two comments. First, as you can see from the photo this watch band is in a fixed position. If you have big wrists this will be a problem for you.Secondly, I have not charged this watch in 2 days and I still have an 83% charge. Love it.

Best Tough Smartwatch Out
First things first. I currently own over 10 devices from the “G” company, so spare me. Anyways, I’ve been on a quest to search for alternatives to said company. They’ve been selling buggy, unreliable, overpriced products for years, trading on their name alone. I thought to myself that now in 2025, there has to be competition out there. Then I came across KOSPET. Initially, it was its striking looks that grabbed my attention. It looked real slick here on the app, but it looks even BETTER in person. The curve of the watch makes it fit comfortably and snug on the wrist. Powered it on, set it up and customized it to my liking as I downloaded the companion app. Paired up with my iPhone zero issues. It has an excellent suite of sensors to measure and monitor a great deal of metrics. Tested it against multiple products from the “G” company and found it to be just as accurate (if not more so). So far, so good. It looks good, it tracks good, how tough is it? Well, my job is VERY rough on my body as well as my equipment. This bad boy has been bumped, banged, bashed, dinged, splashed, and submerged. Still looks and functions like brand spanking new. I love that. I’ve had this for a little bit, I wanted to really put it through its paces before writing a review. I have to say, I am pleased beyond all measure. It does everything I need, does it well, and looks good doing it. I’ll be getting other models from their Tank line. You get an awful lot of smartwatch here for the money. The pictures don’t do it justice at all either. If you think it looks good here on the app (which is what got my attention in the first place), it’ll blow you away once you receive it. One very happy dude here.

The toughest and the best fitness tracker out there
I've always been a fan of Kospet, and had a Tank X1 for about two years. I loved that device and was thrilled that they finally came out with the X2 Ultra. If the X1 was the "warm up act"... the X2 is definitely the headliner. These things earned their name of "tank" - they're tough and solid. I've had Xaomi Mi Bands, and those are nice - but the comparison would be like the Xaomi Mi band being a Toyota corolla vs. the Kospet Tank X1 being an Abram's Tank! I've found the fitness tracking to be quite accurate, and closely in-sync with my MyZone MZ3 Heart-rate monitor, and for a wrist-worn device that's a great thing! On top of that, one of the best things bout the X2 (in addition to GPS built in!) is that you can make and receive calls. This is an outstanding device and I'd highly recommend it.
