Body quality is very poor
Product quality is very very poor. They say tap is delicate but the whole body quality is very very poor with small froce of finger the front panel will come the whole unit hang to wall is also not good .with small force it comes out. Avoid this model until they fix the body quality

If you have any doubt then read this very carefully before purchase EF Water Purifier.
No matter what from where you belong any EF Customer Care No will not work for you. So, what you can do? After delivery immediately shoot a mail to "[email protected]" by mentioning your "Product Name, Source of Water, Tank Height, Full Address and Mobile No".Now about my story:- Amazon delivered the product before time - earned 1 Star.- Tried to contact with EF Customer Care for next 9 days after delivery more than 40 times via Phone (18602661177 (Not Toll Free) and 7039883333) and Mobile App and failed every time - loose 1 Star.- Tried to contact Amazon Customer Care for 5 time, only last time I got real support otherwise everytime they requested me to wait for 2 days after complaint and nothing happened after that. Make it clear only escalation to higher authority can save you. - loose 1 Star- Now product wise it is suitable for those who use municipality clean water with proper TDS (50 - 150). So, it is Good for me where I only wanted to make it bacteria/protozoa free UV Filter. Installation is super easy. EF Plumber suggested me not to use On/Off button regularly or it may damage. So, use only direct electric connection. He admitted that service has been made only for my email to EF. He also suggested to shoot a mail after 6 months after installation to EF for 1st free service. 2nd service will also be free and you do not need to call/email them. Why? Because EF will contact you for their own swarth. So, who says "East or West EF is the Best" with 5 stars rating I totally disagreed with them. Sorry Guys, I believe in product performance which I bought with my hard-earned money and not in Brand value. But as of now Installation is easy so - earned 1 Star.- Performance of the product is satisfactory - earned 1 Star.I'll share my experience after warranty completion.
