This product is only intended for daily cervical spine health care. If you have a serious cervical spine condition, please consult a healthcare professional before using this product. It is recommended to use this product for 10-30 minutes per session. Do not use this product while sleeping.
Due to the cyclical nature of spinal recovery, you may need 3-5 days to acclimate to the traction, massage, and soreness sensations caused by this product.
Some users may experience dizziness due to blood reflux caused by tilting the head backward during use. Please set the inflation height and the duration of use reasonably.
After using the pillow, gradually deflate it and then it is recommended to perform neck muscle training to promote neck blood circulation and strengthen the cervical spine stability.

Causes of Neck Discomfort
During daily activities such as reading, playing on phones, or using computers, people often bow their heads or extend their necks forward. In this position, the muscles at the nape endure a tension approximately 5 to 10 times the weight of the head. When these muscles are in an abnormal force-exertion mode for extended periods, they are prone to strain and cause pain, resulting in restricted movement of the cervical spine in various directions. In severe cases, it may even alter the physiological curve of cervical spine, leading to cervical kyphosis.

How to Use
Put the product on your neck and secure the hook and loop.
Tighten the valve clockwise.
Press the pump to inflate until your neck feels comfortable and stretched.
After use, please turn the valve counterclockwise to deflate.

Precautions Before Useb Please ensure the product is worn correctly, with the hook and loop fastener positioned at the front of the neck and the sponge positioned at the chin.
Use your hands to verify that the sponge at the back of the neck is centered. Ensure that the product is worn without any tilt, symmetrical on both sides. You may use a mirror to assist with positioning.

Maintenance Instructions
Do not pull the product forcefully, otherwise it may lead to product air leakage. This product is not washable. For daily cleaning, please use a clean towel dampened with water to wipe the product's surface.
Do not store the product in an environment with temperatures exceeding 65℃. Please store at room temperature.
