Membership issue
The membership is not updating. You need to change this. I bought the peak 12 month membership with band and the band is perfect and received but when logging into the app there is no update on my membership and no I need to jump through hoops to try update it without having to pay it all again

Suscription is not active
Bought this expecting a quicker setup with prepaid membership. Unfortunately it didn’t work, 24 hours with it and the app keeps showing that I have to pay in order to activate the strap. Disappointing
