The water here is so hard that you can chip it with a chisel. Well ... I might be exaggerating a tiny bit. I discovered LemiShine's dishwasher booster several years ago. The dishwasher in my newly rented apartment was encrusted with calcium? paint? who knows what. A couple of treatments with LemiShine took care of the problem. I've been a fan ever since.When I moved to this city and its mineral-rich water 🙄, I was excited to have a dishwasher again after several years without one. But - ancient dishwasher and hard water meant that my dishes sometimes didn't get clean enough or rinse well enough, even with the spot-free additive. Adding LemiShine as a booster took care of the issues. It does help get my dishes cleaner and I don't need to use as much dishwasher detergent.

I always use this in my dishwasher. I live in the country where I have well water and it always use to leave spots on dishes, once I found limeshine and stared adding just a sprinkle of it in with the soap the problem was fixed. Now the dishes come out spot free and clean.

I followed packaging instructions and ran the dishwasher empty with the Lemi Shine first to clean it, then loaded it as normal. I used the Molly’s Suds dish pods along with the Lemi Shine.The spoon on the left is after 1 round of Molly’s Suds (paired with Lemi Shine dish booster). The spoon on the right is what my dishes have looked like for months after using Cascade detergent and a rinse aid.I’m never going back to the traditional store bought brands after this! EVERY SINGLE DISH is sparkling clean, no white spots/residue on ANY type of dish I have in the dishwasher…plastic, glass, pots/pans, silverware. I’m shocked. 100% worth the money!!

I add it to my bubble bandit-half and half. It does a great job of cleaning the dishes as well as cleaning the inside of the dishwasher. In fact it works better than the dishwasher cleaner that I was using to, just clean the machine. I no longer need to use that anymore. In conjunction with bubble bandit it is a must use. I will continue to use this product.

This is a great product to use in addition to dishwasher detergent, if you have very hard water. I would highly recommend checking out the company and buying directly from them. They are easy to work with and help with any issues you may have. You should check out some other products they have a well. The garbage disposal cleaner works well too.

Honestly, I am not sure what this does, but my dishes seem to sparkle better than with just the dishwasher detergent. It does not remove the cloudiness from dishes already etched.

This stuff is crazy! We had some serious buildup in our dishwasher due to really hard water. We tried everything to get rid of it but everytime we opened the door, the white scale build up was still there.This stuff worked. Our dishwasher has ZERO white crusty buildup now and is sparkling clean. Definitely get this if you have hard water issues!

I combine this with my non toxic dishwasher soap and never had spots again. My dishes are so shiny and my dishwasher stays sparkling inside as well, yay!
