Q: Would these work on a classroom floor?

No. They do not stick to a wall very well. Mine started curling and fell off after a month. They also did not look as vibrant as in the picture. Disappointing

Q: Are the decals sticky on both sides so I can stick the words facing outside of the school windows?

They are not sticky on both sides just the back side

Q: How do you remove stickers? Do they come off the wall easy when you want to remove?

I used the stickers on the classroom walls . At the end of the school year we removed them . It was easy as putting them on . The stickers does not peel the wall . It however, left a mark of the shape of the sticker.
