No never they are cheating us by selling this product. Even the supplier kida who supply this product on behalf of amazon will never respond. I have placed a complaint one month ago .No out come. Now I have placed a complaint in consumer forum. Now they are sending me new iron but l have refused to take this product again.l Let court decide.
