Absolutely delicious, just a superior grade of pasta. Will definitely be buying more. This time around, I cooked them up and put butter on them and served under my crock pot beef stew. One cautionary note: THEY ARE VERY CLEAR THAT YOU'RE GETTING 8.8 OZ. It was entirely my mistake that I thought I was buying a one-pound package. I think some other people in my age group especially who are used to seeing one pound of pasta per pack all their lives could make this assumption as well. Again, this is clearly a very high quality, delicious product.

A high-quality product. They would be great for anything that you would use egg noodles in. I use them for chicken soup, beef and noodles.
