Product came, Packaged well. Minor damage on the housing. Missing stylist. Not an issue, not the reason I bought it.Battery was junk. Got ahold of them and they sent a new one out within the week. New battery is in good shape (By no means new new but at least 50% of the charge cycles left)Price was cheap. Looked into upgrade parts (Ram and Hard drive) Ram came and I installed it with no issue. Hard drive is on the way and plan on doing that as well.installed VMware and made an XP machine and tested. Hooked up to PLCs and does everything I need via both serial port, ethernet and USB. Machine has enough snort to handle virtualization with out a hitch and will do well in a factory setting.By no means is it a desktop and can not hope to compete vs my at home set up.

Bad bad bad....
Laptop is supposed to look at leadt decent. It was all scratched and dented. Really disappointed. This is the second laptop im buying from Amazon and still looking just USED. NOT RENEWED. THESE 2 LAPTOPS WERE JUST FULLY USED........

Refurbish Laptop should include a New Battery that works
The battery will Not hold a charge. Laptop will Not work unless there is DC connection. Laptop must be plugged into a DC outlet to operate.

Estado inconsistente: exterior dañado, pero teclado y pantalla nuevos, interior incierto
El estado de la máquina es muy raro. El teclado y la pantalla parecen nuevos, pero todos los puertos, como USB y lectores, están en muy mal estado. La carcasa está muy golpeada en todas partes. Es una lástima, especialmente porque soy de Argentina y cuesta mucho traer productos hasta aquí. Aunque la máquina parece funcionar bien, ahora tengo dudas de que el interior esté en buen estado y temo que en seis meses pueda haber problemas con el disco, la memoria o el procesador.

As advertised...top notch!
Everything received as advertised. Only minor, MINOR, scratches, but overall great condition. Unlike other rugged laptops I've recently ordered, the company actually took the bit of extra time to install the latest 22H2 update for Windows 10. I've ordered about half a dozen of these over the past six months and in each case, the Windows 10 version varied from 1903 to 21H1. These guys were the only one who actually had 22H2 installed and ready. So it saved me some extra setup and reload time. Kudos!

After a few months I still love it
Works great for what i use it for. Already had it knocked on the floor by the kids. Picked it up and back to work on it. Very pleased!

Ok for the price came with a dead battery
I had to contact the seller they sent me another used battery it’s ok doesn’t hold a charge for very long better then the last one
