Already finished my bottle but they lied when they said it mixed great in coffee.As far as the oiliness, I would rather drink it straight than ruin my tea and coffee with this oily textured film across the top of my beverage every time I sipped my coffee my lips looked like I applied lip gloss.It worked well in the digestive health and stamina area by minimizing midday fatigue and eased constipation. Also mixed well in a blended beverage and the taste was bareable. I didn't use this product for pain relief/ management. I did use it on some veggies too that was really good

I purchased this MCT oil to make CBD topical oils, but I have also used it in my morning mocha for an extra boost. I like that it is organic--that is important to me since I became aware of all the toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis. I buy organic whenever possible.

It has a cool flavor.

Is a plastic bottle and I believed it was glass. Plastic has many toxic chemicals in it.

Bought it cause it cough my attention ADD TO COFFEE, yes it has no taste. I started using MCT cause I saw how it really helped my 89 year old Dad. Of course we need to make smart diet choices too. I’m 60 years young, and educated myself on all benefits and facts about coconut oil.

I'll tell ya, this is a REALLY good laxative, but, once your body acclimates to it you'll be fine. It's a squirt bottle (no pun intended). I put it in my coffee and I'd say I use probably 1-1/2 tbls of it in my 20oz tumbler. It's hard for me to say whether or not it provides you with an energy boost since I have a sleep disorder and only get about 4 hours of sleep a night. I decided to try it after viewing Dr. Gundry's Youtube videos on it. It's supposed to help put you into, what Dr. Gundry calls caloric bypass (the medical term for this is mitochondria uncoupling, I believe). I recommend it.
