Worked perfectly!
It was my first time making jam and this set up perfectly! The jam falls apart easily when scooped out but is not runny in the jar. Very happy with this product.

over-inflated price, decent product though
I've used this product several times over the past 2-3 years. It has always worked good for me and I have not complaints about the product itself. However, the price is now ridiculous. When I bought it before, it was around $23-$26 or so per 2lb bag. That was reasonable and was a little better value than the individual grocery-store certo packs. Now, at $76 or so dollars for the same bag it is 100% a complete overpriced ripoff. Just go to your local store and buy the individual packs for $2.50-$3 each. Poor decision Hoosier Hill, definitely lost me as a customer.
